West: Skyline Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):15,848 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,640.40 Space Type:Office Secured Parking Spaces (Surface or Structured): 14 Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Option Term:2 Years Additional Requirements: 1. The Government cannot be collocated with the following entities: A. Federal, State, and local agencies whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. B. Private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. C. Agencies providing probation and/or parole services D. Agencies providing drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs E. Agencies providing social services F. Halfway houses G. Residential units 2. Building entrances/exits cannot be located within close proximity (minimum 1000 walkable feet) of certain locations, which include the following: A. A Drug-free zone B. Schools C. Areas where drug activities are prevalent Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Windsor, CA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
