In response to this urgent situation, HomeAid is acting as a Master Development Coordinator in partnership with the State of Hawaii (the State), and in coordination with Maui County (the County) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to immediately develop up to 2,000 new homes. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to screen for eligibility requirements and determine the most suitable options for the County and its residents looking to have a say in their housing solutions.
