This design bid build project is to complete Phase 3 of the curtainwall refurbishment at the Charles L. Prevedel Building in St. Louis, MO. This project will also include building a front entrance canopy. This procurement is set aside for contractholders on the Region 6 Design Build IDIQ MATOC contract.
