This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6. Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The National Park Service, Interior Region 2 South Atlanta Gulf has a requirement to install three of each: APX Consolettes, MCD5000 Desksets, and Radio Gateway Units in multiple locations (San Juan National Historic Site, Christiansted National Historical Site, and Virgin Islands National Park). All radios, antenna systems, grounding material, and ancillary equipment to be provided by the National Parks Service. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 dated 07 September 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210; Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) is N059; Installation Of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. The contractor must have current Representation and Certifications in, submitted with proposal. The Government contemplates the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price Contract using the best value Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.
