Reopen temporary roads to access Wind River project area. Estimated start date of July 1 to September 30. Extended work into October may be allowed depending on precipitation and soil saturation levels. Directionally tip 51 trees 22-43 DBH within the project sites riparian area Mechanically tip and skid trees to the stream from temporary roads that access the directional tipping sites. Construct log jams, as per the direction of Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COR). Trenches will be excavated into stream banks or on gravel bars at marked locations. Depths and widths will be determined on-site by the COR. Trees are placed in the trenches and backfilled in lifts to the heights specified by the COR (Figure 2). Project Work
