Project Location: The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) offices throughout New York State Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Farm Production and Conservation Business Center intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a 5 year ordering period. The government will use a competitive RFQ process. The solicitation number will be 12FPC424Q0001. The NPS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreementt in response to this solicitation. Project Description: The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) requires administrative support services at various NRCS Field Office(s) throughout the state of New York. NRCS-NY will require General Clerk Services to be provided by a contractor for a number of offices to be determined annually. NRCS NY has 47 offices across NYS but will not require a contractor for every office. The contractor must exhibit the ability to provide geographic flexibility in the provision of services allowing for growth or reduction of the workforce at the various locations. Business Size: This project is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) using NAICS Code 561110 with a size standard of $12.5 million. Solicitation: The official solicitation package and its attachments to include detailed specifications will be issued and available on or about October 3 2023 and will be posted to SAM.gov. Contractors are expected to provide detailed quotes and any other information required for submission to the government for review. This is the preliminary notice of a solicitation that will follow. The responses will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation issue date. The specific date will be announced in the solicitation that will follow this notice. No hardcopies or email copies will be provided. Quote Submission: Offerors must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award. Electronic quotes will be accepted per the terms of the solicitation that will follow this notice.
