SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES, HILL AFB, UT This is a solicitation for proposal of snow removal services that 309 SWEG has identified across multiple 309 SWEG facilities located on Hill Air Force Base (AFB). The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement as a result of the solicitation. The expected period of performance is a five year ordering period with a call issued annually for snow removal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide snow removal services. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and building maps with square footage information and provide a response. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Company must be registered in SAM. 2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the Performance Work Statement. 3) Confirms full capabilities of completing the required work specified in the Performance Work Statement. 4) Provide a quoted fully burdened price. This will be a firm fixed price agreement. 5) Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days. 6) Responses shall be limited to 2 pages.
