Ft. (ABOA): 1,703 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,883 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 4 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements:4 covered and secured parking spaces within the ~1617 SF exterior parking garage. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain.
