COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number 70Z08423QDL940019. Submit written quotes using the attached PRICING SHEET (oral quotes will not be accepted). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. (C) This acquisition is issued as Total Small Business Set-Aside and Firm Fixed Price. (D) When submitting your quotation, utilize Attachment Pricing Sheet. *Amendment Upon checking the excel file we see a row that says ISFT-PJM Labor - Project Manager. Is installation required on this project? Answer: This is for preparation of the quote and order for shipment, not for installation.
