Amendment 0006 addresses responses to questions. Updates have been made to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1 ? Limits of Quantitation, Attachment 3 ? Final Reporting Requirements, and Attachment 6 ? Price Sheet. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other solicitation will be issued. The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) requests responses from vendors capable of performing low concentration analysis of non-potable waters (including high salinity waters), soil/sediment samples, and biological tissue samples for the trace metals and other parameters. The NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, with a size standard of $19M. This is a requirement issued under a full and open solicitation. All capable vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. Please see the attached documents for details on this requirement, how quotes shall be submitted, and how evaluations will take place.
