******AMENDMENT 1 TO RFQ******** This amendment is to provide vendor questions received and the Government's responses to the questions (See Attachment 4). This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) brand name or equal acquisition for an Alpha Warrior Bunker Conex Training Facility with gym equipment and installation, with the required specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) (See Attachment 1). 1. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format inFAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 Effective 7 September 2023 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Public Notice 2023-06 Effective 9 June 2023 Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-07 Effective 7 July 2023 4. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is339920. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 750 Employees. 5. Questions may be submitted to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours(2:00PM) CDT on 22 September 2023. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. 6. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officerlisted below no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 26 September 2023 (the established deadline). 7. Quotes must be valid for One Hundred (100) days after 26 September 2023 (the established deadline). 8. All price quotations must be submitted via the above table. Separate quotes on company letterhead canbe provided for supplemental information, but all technical submissions must be submitted on a separatedocument. 9. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will bemade under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel thissolicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation,the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 10. Delivery is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the award of the contract.
