CORRECTED SOW ADDED TO ATTACHMENTS. 9/15/23 - UPDATED DUE DATE FOR QUOTES. IT IS 8/28/23. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management. instructors. counselors,curriculum. meeting spnces/lodging. trnnsportation for contractor and subcontractor personnel,media, meals and childcare to conduct Adventures in Marriage Weekend Retreats or equivilant as further identified. ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK. MARRIAGE WEEKEND RETREATS: four (4) events shall be scheduled throughoutthe contract period and shall be located within 2.5 hours drive of VanceAFB,Oklahoma. Two events may be scheduled on same weekend with coordination and desirability of Vance AFB Chaplain Corps.ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK DESCRIPTION OF LODGING. Contractor shall procure a hotel wilh a AAA Four or Five Diamondrating that can provide lodging for up 50 participants and their family members (15 coupleswith up 20 children). A total of 15 rooms shall be provided in order to accomodate 15 couples.These attendance figures are based upon each Marriage Retreat. Total contract attendance for four(4) marriage retreats would be up to 60 couples and 80 children. other Amenities and particulars on rooms and Lodging amenties ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK. MEETING SPACE,MEETING DATES/TIMES, AND ALTERNATE DATES:ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK. MEALS: The contractor SHALL provide SIX (6) meals for each participant. to include children or participants. Meals shall consist of the following: two (2) hot breakfasts. two (2) lunches. and two (2) dinners. AII meals shall be buffet style consisting of at least two (2) entree choices. three (3) choices of side items, and no less than three drink options to include water. Food shall be fresh. of a restaurant quality. and meet marketplace standards. Dinners shall include two meat choices as well as vegetarian options. The contractor shall support specific dietary requirements as requested (e.g .. Vegan options, food allergies) prior tn the event start by the event leader. The contractor shall provide six (6) meals for each participant. to include children of participants. Meals shall consist of the following: two (2) hot breakfasts. two (2) lunches. and two (2) dinners. /\II meals shall be buffet style consisting of at least two (2) entree choices. three (3) choices of side items, and no less than three drink options to include water. CHILDCARE: The contractor shall provide childcare. meals. and room(s) for children up to the quantities (units) listed in the annual corresponding contract line items for all participating familiesby a licensed and government-approved provider in accordance with DoDI 1402.05. Background Checks on Individuals in DOD Child Care Services Programs Programs. Adult-to-child ratios shall follow the staff requirements of AFl 34-144. Child and Youth Services. in particularparagraphs 12.6. and 12.8. One ( I) unit is equivalent to one (I) hour of service per child. The contractor shall provide childcare service for Adventures in Marriage Retreats or equivilent. The numbers of children may be different at each event. and an estimated number of children will be presented by Vance AFB Chaplain Corps to the contractor within a reasonable time prior to the start date for each of the listed events. The Chaplain Corps will provide a confirmed total number ofchildren and their associated ages for each event to the contrnctor at least seven (7) days in advance of the scheduled event.The contractor will provide onsite childcare at the same hotel or facility where the training is provided. Adventures in Marriage Retreats or equivilent will be billed at not to exceed nine (9) units per child. ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK. SUMMARY SERVICE: The contract service requirements arE summarized in performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items. The performance threshold briefly describes the minirnally acceptable levels of service required for each requirement. The SS and the contractor's Quality Control Plan provide information on contract requirements, the expected level of contractor performance, and the expected method of government validation and confromation of services provided. These thresholds are critical to mission success. Procedures as set forth in the FAR 52.212-4(a), Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, Inspection/ Acceptance. AS STATED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK GENERAL INFORMATION, RECOGNISED HOLIDAYS, REPORTING FTE DATA, REPORTING PERIOD , USES AND SAFEGUARDING OF INFORMATION, USER MANUALS: ACCORING TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK ATTACHMENT 1 - SCHEDULE OF EVENTS ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK.
