United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is seeking to obtain audio and visual upgrade of their training rooms and executive conference room located at National Operations Center at the Prevedel Building located at 9700 Page Ave., St. Louis, MO 63132. The rooms are currently being utilized by NASS throughout the year for both virtual and in-person trainings, meetings, and workshops. The existing A/V equipment was installed in 2012 and is currently incompatible with current USDA NASS Information Technology (IT) audio visual equipment communication standards and requires modern solutions that enable virtual training capabilities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this acquisition is 1232SA23Q0185 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 (effective 08 August 2023).
