This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the one posted here. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13, the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 213, and the Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS) Par 5313. The Air Force Sustainment Centers Maintenance Contracting Branch (AFSC/PZIMB, 3001 Staff Dr Ste 2S76, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3303) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for items listed in the attached CSS Document. The items will be shipped to JBSA Randolph. Please read the attached CSS document carefully before submitting your response. Offeror is required to complete paperwork incorporated within the CSS and submit supporting product literature for any or all items quoted. Clarification: Immersive Display Solutions, Inc. (CAGE 4HNY0)is the the sole source vendor for this requirement. UPDATE: Amendment 0001 is posted as an attachment. The purpose of the amendment is to incorporate a change in requiremnets.The reply by date is extended to 26 September 2023.
