The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), in support of the Human Capital Office of HR Operations, is seeking a contractor to administer the IRSs Child Care Subsidy Program to include all include all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services and processes to manage and administer the childcare providers covered by the IRS CCSP. The IRS requires a contractor with the ability to receive a specified sum of money and distribute it to childcare providers as a subsidy. The program benefits employees by subsidizing childcare providers to reduce the financial pressure on employees whose total family income is $150,000 or less each year by providing subsidies directly to the childcare provider. The previous award was made to an SBA 8(a) participant. As a result, this requirement will be competed amongst SBA 8(a) participants only.
