This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations and technical statements/documents are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced Base Plus 4 Option Years service contract. For offerors who want more time for the close, the date and time will not be extended because this is an open market competitive SDVOSB Set-Aside. A vendor who is planning to perform the service with their own equipment and own employees, would not have an issue providing a quote in the allotted time frame. Those who plan on subcontracting out the majority or 100% of the service may submit their quotes, but they would need to meet the limitations of subcontracting and the close date and time will not be extended. Please submit your best offer. After quotes are submitted there is no re-negotiation on pricing after the close of the solicitation.
