United States Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District is looking to acquire a Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV), for theUpper Ohio Resident Office to perform quality assurance inspections, look for underwater obstructions, and for any underwater operation that would be unsafe to put a diver in the water. The ROV will utilize a system of interchangeable, modular components residing on a single,intelligent network. Specification are listed in Attactment, Synopsis_Solicition, pages 1 through 4.
