Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24423Q1225 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. This solicitation is a Brand Name requirement for Infrared Camera Equipment. The NAICS code is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA 17042 has a requirement for Door Alarms for 3 doors as per the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered/installed at the facility located at 1700 South Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042.
