THIS IS NOT A SOLICATION. THIS IS A NONAPPROPRIATED FUND SOURCES SOUGHT FAR RULES DO NOT APPLY. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR SET ASIDES. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED OTHER THAN WHAT IS STATED BELOW. The purpose of the sources sought is to obtain qualified gerneral contractors to potentially be provided an oportunity to compete in a future soliciation. Description: Peterson AFB Child Development Center expansion to an existing Child Development Center (CDC) building.This new building addition shall provide additional Child Activity Rooms (CARs). The approximate existing facility is 24,668 SF, addition 2,480 SF, totalling overall 27,148 SF. Pending finalized design with the below SOW: Peterson AFB Building Addition Room Space(s) One (1) Infant Child Activity Room (CAR)construct a building addition to an existing Child Development Center (CDC) building. Two (2) Pre-Toddler Child Activity Room (CAR) One (1) Toddler Child Activity Room (CAR) One (1) Pre-School Child Activity Room (CAR) Pedestrian circulation space Building Infrastructure Areas (HVAC, Communications, Electrical, etc.) Code-required space(s), if applicable Site work including, but not limited to, regulatory stormwater runoff compliance resolution, landscaping, parking to accommodate added capacity, CDC emergency evacuation solution, etc. Outdoor Play Environments (OPEs) to include, but not be limited to age-appropriate OPE spaces to accommodate the additional children included by the building addition, as well as the possible disruption of existing OPEs to accommodate the new building addition.
