The Government proposes to acquire a quantity of 996 each of a CONTROL UNT, SUPERV, NSN: 2995-01-680-3143, Part Number: 4155T12P09 applicable to the BN UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 1170 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 780 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to General Electric Company, CAGE: 99207, and Triumph Engine Control Systems LLC, CAGE 11599. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100.
