This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-24-Q-0008, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214- Recreational and Vacation Camps, a small business size standard of $9.0 million. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Only qualified vendors may submit quotes.  The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH National Guard has a requirement for the following service(s): CLIN 0001: Child and Youth Summer Camp for approximately 60 youths, 1 JOB  The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform a 7 day, 6 night residential Youth and Teen Summer Camp Services, as defined in this Performance Work Statement(PWS). The prime contractor must be accredited through the American Camp Association (ACA) and have a valid State of New Hampshire Youth Recreation Camp License.  All facilities must be located within the geographical confines of the states of the state of New Hampshire. Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals on site for the duration of the program with accommodations for dietary restrictions and intolerances.  Food shall be handled in strict adherence to food safety and precautions as recommended by the state that the site resides in and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Potable water must be available at all times during programing IAW NH Code  Env-WQ900 and OSHA 29 CFR Part 1910.141.
