This is just a supply project. The only work that will occur on site is delivery in a designated location. Therefore one person can fulfill all roles listed in the SOW. Q2. Are contractors required to issue a contract specific QA/QC Plan? A2. No. Since this is a strictly a supply project, the contractor will need to have all necessary handling equipment and will be in charge of their own means and methods of unloading and storage. No written plan is necessary. Q3. Are contractors required to issue a contract specific Safety Plan? A3. No written plan is necessary. Q4. Is this project tax exempt? A4. Generally, purchases and leases made by the Federal Government are immune from State and local taxation. Q5. Can the serial number of the existing fan be provided? If no serial number can be provided, can a photo of the nameplate be provided? A5. We are in the process of trying to find the serial number or nameplate. We know that it is a Greenheck USF-33 fan with the specifications listed in the SOW.
