Phone: 801-432-4273 INTRODUCTION: The Utah Army National Guard (UTARNG) is conducting this SOURCES SOUGHT (RFI) notice to help determine the availability and technical capabilities of small businesses in the marketplace (to include the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), HubZONE, Certified 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)) to provideand support a new 5-Year Medical Equipment Maintenance & Repair service Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Utah Army National Guard located at Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) building in Draper, Utah. DESCRIPTION: UTARNG medical equipment to be serviced, maintained, and repaired will occur on a SEMI-ANNUAL or ANNUAL recurrence maintenance schedule and will occur throughout various UTARNG locations within Utah on various electrical medical equipment. Please see attached for a list of medical equipment and the locations of each piece of equipment. If your firm is interested in this requirement and you believe you can support and fulfill our upcoming Medical Equipment Maintenance & Repair BPA, your company MUST be registered and active on www.sam.gov as a qualified small business offeror under the NAICS code 811210 - Electronic & Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance (or very similar NAICS code) which has a Small Business Size Standard of $34.0M (https://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/files/Size_Standards_Table.pdf). Your company must also demonstrate you have relevant experience performing work on similar service requirements or contracts relating to this specific service requirement. An organization that is NOT registered on www.sam.gov as a small business offeror under the applicable NAICS code (or very similar NAICS code) should NOT submit a response to this notice. The current intent is to award a forthcoming Small Business 5-Year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will be commercial and competitive in nature. NO funding will be tied to the actual IDIQ and there will be a guaranteed minimum amount the UTARNG will execute. All forthcoming executed Task Order Contracts will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and have certified funding attached to them. Your responses will help assist the Government in the development of its acquisition strategy for a possible Request for Proposal (RFP), to be issued at a later date, and help determining whether any type of small business set-aside is possible for this procurement or whether full and open competitive procedures should be utilized. SAM REGISTRATION: All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Each Capabilities Statement must include vendor's CAGE code, DUNS number, Federal Tax Number, and must include point of contact information. Prospective vendors may obtain information on registration at www.sam.gov. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your company not being considered.
