The 99th Readiness Division (RD) has a requirement for refuse and recycle collection services for the Caven Point USARC, #1 Chapel Avenue & Caven Point Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 and at the Alexander Hamilton USARC, 76 Route 17 at Essex Street, Lodi, NJ 07644. The scope of this requirement is for the contractor to provide all plant labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all operations and services in accomplishing refuse and recycle collection services. The period-of-performance shall be one (1) 12-month Base-Period and four (4) 12-month Option-Periods.
