The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for repair of the waste gas (methane) recovery system at the El Portal Wastewater Treatment Facility. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-03 (effective February 16, 2021). The solicitation number is 140P8521Q0007, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 811310 with an associated small business size standard of $8.0 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are three attachments; Attachment 01 (Quote/Pricing Sheet), Attachment 02 (DOL Wage Determination), and Attachment 03 (Experience and Past Performance Form). The government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers and are listed in order of descending importance: price, technical capability, and past performance.
