P19R and LVSR Maintenance Training

The Contract Support Management Office (CSMO), Blount Island Command (BICmd) is located at the Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island (MCSF-BI) Jacksonville, Florida. Within BICmd is the Norway Branch, who is responsible for ensuring Norwegian Defense Logistics Organization/Marine Expeditionary Brigade (NDLO/MEB) receives the necessary training required to properly operate and maintenance Marine Corps equipment stored in Norway. The CSMO BICmd, is interested in identifying sources for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide all required personnel, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to ensure NDLO/MEB personnel are prepared to perform a proper inspection and maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and testing procedures on the P19R Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) and Logistics Vehicle System Replacement Armored Wrecker (LVSR) vehicle. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This is a performance based contract. The training will occur 26 April 21 May 2021. The objective is to train Norwegian personnel to operate, conduct inspection and maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and testing on the LVSR and P19R vehicle. The maximum estimated personnel per class is 12. See attached DRAFT PWS for additional information Any company submitting a response to this sources sought synopsis shall provide objective documentation of their capability to provide all of the training and related terminal services. The submission of this information is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services. The information derived from this sources sought announcement is to be used for market research and acquisition planning for the future development of a solicitation to meet the requirement for P19R and LVSR Maintenance Training. Any company submitting a response must provide: 1. Company name, DUNS number, street address and point of contact with phone number and email address. Confirmation of current SAM registration. 2. Please identify your Companys size status (i.e. Small Business, 8(a) Program Participant, HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, or Other than Small Business) effective 13 March 2021 for NAICS 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. 3. Identify experience providing P19R and LVSR Maintenance Training, specifically addressing how your experience and capabilities correlate to the requirements described in the Performance Work Statement. 4. Identify current Federal Supply Schedules (if relevant) and expiration date(s). The information provided will be considered to determine the socio-economic set-aside of the requirement based on responses from capable companies. This Source Sought Synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government does not intent to award a contract on the basis of this SSS. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Responses to this SSS will not be returned. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of the information being requested/received, nor reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this SSS. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. Any information submitted by the respondents to this request for information is strictly voluntary.
