Code and Description: F108- Facilities remediation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017821Q6713is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF1449. The SF1449 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. This requirement is eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a Statement of work-based procurement for Labor, equipment, and material required to accomplish remediation and clean-up of BLDG 1410. consisting of 18,920 Square feet. Remediation to the building is required due to the corrosive nature and properties contained within the soot.. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission, please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Time for Completion: The Contractor shall complete all work within 60 days after receipt of award. SECNAV Form 5521-1 (Vetting Form) If an offeror or their sub has not been vetted by NSWCDD before, or it has been more than 30 days since they were last vetted and approved by NSWCDD, then SECNAV 5512-1 Form will need to be submitted. On the form, you may identify Nicole Major as the Base Sponsor, 540-284-1325. After submission of the SECNAV 5512-1 Form, an offeror may then contact Dahlgren Base Pass Office/Visitor Center by calling 540-653-8217 to ensure they are cleared to enter the base. The meeting location will be inside Building #1410 in conference room #. There will only be one Government sponsored site visit. Masks and Covid guidelines must be followed during site visit.
