Submarine Operational Vulnerability

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), intends to award a modification to Contract N00024-19-C-6209 to Sonalysts, Inc. (Sonalysts) in Waterford, CT using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The intended modification is for technical and engineering support services for Submarine Operational Vulnerability Analysis Tool which includes but is not limited to integration of existing vulnerability models, operational vignette development and analysis, and technical analysis of at-sea testing events to include comparison to Virtual Security Exercises. The estimated period of performance of this contract action is October 2021 through September 2022. Sonalysts is currently supporting the Submarine Operational Vulnerability Analysis Tool under NAVSEA Contract N00024-19-C-6209. Therefore, it is the only firm with the requisite expertise, experience, and knowledge capable of satisfying the Governments requirements within the requisite schedule.
