The National Park Service (NPS), North Coast and Cascades Network, has a requirement for identification of benthic macroinvertebrates (BMI) for the bioassessment and monitoring of mountain lake restoration and the long-term monitoring of lakes and streams in five NPS areas in the Pacific Northwest. This RFQ is set-aside for small businesses, NAICS 541380, Testing Laboratories, Environmental/ Biological, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million, average annual gross receipts for the past five years. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible quoter whose total quote is the most advantageous for the Government, price and other factors considered. ***** Details are in the Request for Quotations (RFQ, file named Sol_140P8321Q0036) and Attachment 1, Statement of Work.
