The cryogenics facility (bldg. 3245) at Eielson AFB, Alaska is a 2,420 SF facility that houses and distributes liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen via carted tanks. The facility was built in 1962. The building has undergone other various renovation and repair projects as well. The Air Force needs an accurate construction cost estimate to help it determine whether or not the building should be replaced or to expand the current buildings foot print.
