The U.S. Department of Agriculture has a need to lease approximately1450 Rentable Square Feet, yielding approximately 1151 Usable Square Feet of office space in Warren, AR 12' X 16' storage building, with walk-thru door & 10'X10' overhead door to accommodate ATV/UTV with trailer. Located with access from hard surface parking. Capable of accommodating secure fence if determined necessary prior to or during occupancy. Pull through parking is required to accommodate larger vehicles. The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in a building to be constructed for the Governments use. Site must be accessible by hard surface, publicly maintained roads, serviced by municipal utilities, water & sewer, police & fire, not located in a floodplain and fronting or within the defined boundaries. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Governments intended use. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibility requirements.
