Purpose: Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Aberdeen, MD is one of the Department of Defenses (DoDs) foremost test and training ranges supporting DoD, non-DoD and commercial material developers by testing a broad spectrum of equipment throughout the life cycle, from concept through deployment. This Request for Information (RFI) is sought for Aberdeen Test Support Services at ATC APG for a period of five (5) months beginning August 1, 2021. The intent of this RFI is to gauge industry interest, capability and relevant experience, in non-customer specific terms, as it relates to providing these test support services in furtherance of ATCs mission. To assist with the RFI submissions the following the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be attached to this RFI. In support of a pending Justification and Approval for an extension of the current requirement W91CRB-15-D-0018, when utilizing the authority at FAR 6.302-1, the contracting officer shall post a request for information or a sources sought notice, and shall include the results of this inquiry in the justification required by FAR 6.303. Contractors must be properly registered in the Governments System for Award Management (SAM) database. SAM registration can be found at https://sam.gov. Business Size Standard: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services. The small business size standard is $38M. Place of Contract Performance: This contract requires all work to be performed at Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). Contract Type: the current requirement is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders.
