Inspection/Acceptance Points: Origin/Origin. FOB Point: Origin. This is a 5 Year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinitie-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement with a Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of24 Each and a 5 Year Maximum Available Quantity of646 Each. -There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) available forthis procurment of Goverment Part Number 12524100-1. The solicitation is estimated to be released in approximately the next two weeks.Once avaialbe, the solicitation can be downloaded from SAM.GOV Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via Contract Opportunities (www.beta.sam.gov). To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Home page ((https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the required documentation to submit with the form. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) APPLIES An official authorized to legally bind the company must sign the NDA. Upon execution of the NDA, it must be returned to the Contract Specialist by email or fax. Upon receipt of the signed NDA, the technical data will be released in Contract Opporutunities (www.beta.sam.gov). Your firm must request access to the TDP in Contract Opporutunities in addition to submitting the NDA in order to receive the TDP.
