This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice, An Invitation for Bid is Expected to be Posted on or about September 16, 2021. Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for, Upgrade Underground Feeder, Project No. 756-16-110, VA El Paso Healthcare System, 5001 N Piedras, El Paso, Texas. The Government anticipates releasing a solicitation on or about October 1,2021, with a projected bid due date of November 2, 2021. The dates contained in the solicitation will be the official dates. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tooling, and supervision to perform all requirements of the resulting contract. The project includes but is not limited to, demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for replacing existing utility transformers and utility switches as required by drawings and specifications at the VA El Paso Healthcare System, located in El Paso, Texas 79930. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 238210, $16.5 M. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: $1,000,000.00 - $2,000,000.00. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
