U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Green Bay Delineated Area: City Limits of Howard East of Hillcrest Heights Rd and Bellmont Rd City Limits of Green Bay, West of the Fox River City Limits of Ashwaubenon Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,221 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,340 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Retail space will not be considered Subleases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Rooftop access is required The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.
