* Amendment 0001 The delivery schedule is ammended from 90 days to the following: 120 days deliver 8 UPS delivered 150 days deliver 12 UPS delivered 180 days deliver 7 UPS delivered ******************************************************************************************************************************************** The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing a letter Request for Quote (RFQ) for 27 Solar Stik ruggedized Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPSs) in support of the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). The Government anticipates awarding a single, Firm Fixed-Price contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who meets all the requirements of the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
