This is NOT a formal solicitation notice. This Sources Sought is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. 2.0 Item Description Item Name: Wiring Harness, Branched National Stock Number (NSN): 5995-01-587-5198 Technical Data Package (TDP) Number: 12521178 End Item: Infantry Fighting Vehicle 3.0 Statement of Need The Wiring Harness, Branched is a critical component for the Infantry Fighting Vehicle. This item is NOT A COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE ITEM and requires specialized manufacturing capabilities. 4.0 Quality and Testing Requirements Standards: MIL-STD-1916 applies. Quality Management System (QMS): Higher Level Contract Quality System requirement. Suppliers must possess a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. First Article Testing (FAT): FAT will be required.
