This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products/services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart RFO FAR 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a RFQ for the subject requirement to be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 procedures, the terms and conditions, specific information, instructions and evaluation criteria outlined in this RFQ and attachments. This requirement is for the purchase of the Manpack SATCOM/LOS Antenna Kit.
