BLM-CO WRFO SUPPRESSION REPAIR SEEDING The BLM Colorado White River Field Office has a requirement for Suppression Repair Seeding in the Elk fire and Lee fire areas. Please see "A04 SOW WRFO SUPPRESSION REPAIR SEEDING" and the shape files in the attachments for more details. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM (must have an active profile at the time quote is submitted) 2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses. 3.
