***IMPORTANT TO NOTE*** **Note very important, FIRM FIXED PRICING (FFP), CLIN pricing should include all operational and logistical cost for Port-to-Port delivery/services.** PRDS - PWD CRANE SUPPORT SERVICES (FY26) Crane Support Services for Public Works Division (PWD) 1. BACKGROUND. This requirement is to provide upon a one-week notice, daily and weekly rental crane support services for loading and offloading capabilities of HVAC units, electrical transformers, fuel tank and other heavy materials at various locations aboard the MCAGCC 29 Palms installation. The contractor will also provide port to port crane support with qualified certified operators and riggers. All heavy equipment shall be safe and fully operational. Period of Performance will be 1 APR 2026 through 28 FEB 2027. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. 2.1. Contractor shall provide all crane support services and equipment with certified experienced operators and riggers. The contractor shall also be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and laws to include, but not limited to, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. The Hours of operation will be from 0630 - 1600 Monday through Friday not to exceed 8 working hours per day plus lunch. HVAC units will not weigh more than 4,000 LBS. The HVAC units on required roof tops will be lifted on/off no higher than 40 Feet. Moreover, most of the lift work has been identified below which may also incorporate unknown and unforeseen heavy materials and equipment. In the event of an emergency and the need for unforeseen lifts that are not easily identifiable at this time, the contractor shall also provide daily and weekly rates for crane services that may be required.
