The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Biloxi, MS, is issuing a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 (eff. 10/01/2025) FAR Deviation NOV 2025 (eff. 11/19/2025) VAAR DEVIATION APR 2025 (eff. 04/01/2025) VAAM Alert 26-01 (eff. 10/01/2025). The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide commercial-grade carpet and luxury vinyl tile to support ongoing maintenance and renovation projects for multiple buildings located at the GCVHCS, Biloxi, MS. Supplies to be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. (See Statement of Work for additional detailed information.)
