THIS SOLICITATION WAS AMENDED ON 3/4 TO REVISE THE HOURS FOR CLIN 0001 FROM 15 HOURS PER WEEK FOR 15 WEEKS TO 30 HOURS PER WEEK FOR 15 WEEKS. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 FOR FULL DETAILS. SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE HAS ALSO BEEN EXTENDED. The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a full and open competition for technical and instructional services for the US Naval Academy ARES Squadron. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 25 February 2026 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018926QL029 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
