Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterers Option; and the place/range of redelivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterers Option. The laydays commence 27 April and cancel 28 April 2026, and the period of performance will be about 40 days for a chartered vessel. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as Unrestricted is based on the Contracting Officers knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
