Federal Contract Opportunity 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses: Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning and Inspection Services: This project involves the cleaning and inspection of commercial kitchen exhaust systems at naval facilities in Mississippi. Project Overview: This is a firm-fixed-price commercial service contract set aside exclusively for small businesses certified under NAICS-561790 (Other Services to Buildings & Dwellings). Contract Term: One base year with four additional one-year options (potential five years in total). Scope of Work: The selected contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and inspection of nine commercial kitchen exhaust systems at three government locations: Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi (two facilities) Outlying Joe Williams Field in Dekalb, Mississippi (one facility, approx. 30-40 miles from the main base) All work must be performed in compliance with NFPA 96 standards for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, as well as specific contract requirements.
