This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, following FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
