The purpose of this announcement is to synopsize the upcoming release of the solicitation for Bureau of Land Management Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Stewardship IDIQ, Oregon) for stewardship services. A Stewardship project is designed to provide an integrated approach to stand management on forest stands and juniper woodlands of varying sizes and densities. The proposed contract type is anticipated to be a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a ten-year ordering period. The anticipated ceiling of the IDIQ is $40M. Task Orders are anticipated to be issued as firm-fixed-price. The project areas are located within the administrative boundaries of the BLM Oregon State Office. This Notice is relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 113310, Logging. The Small Business size standard for NAICS 115310 is 500 employees. This will be a 100% small-business set-aside, solicitation number 140L4326R0009. This is a synopsis only for Stewardship IDIQ, Oregon, anticipated within 15 days of this synopsis. Proposals are anticipated to be required within 30 days of solicitation posting. The timeline provided in the synopsis is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. BLM has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this synopsis should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
