The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Brand Name solicitation for the procurement of the following product: PVF Industrial Vacuum Sealer Model: PAC PVG Electro Pac 36 Built-in Air Compressor 220 V Model No: 4G40403 This award is being conducted utilizing policies in FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, specifically FAR 12.102, Restricting competition. IAW DFARS PGI 206.103-170, the intent of this Request for Information Notice is to identify any or equal product which may meet the specifications and performance requirements identified on the attached Salient Characteristics document. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The offering of an or equal product must include a technical data sheet to serve as confirmation of an exact match to all requirements identified within the Salient Characteristics document.
