This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Cold Region Research and Engineer Laboratory (CRREL), Hanover, New Hampshire, is issuing solicitation W913E526QA006 for CRREL Grounds Maintenance Services. The Government anticipates the award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance will be one Base Year (12 months) with four Option Years plus one (1) six (6) months option. ***A site visit is scheduled for 19 March 2026 with a quote due date on 26 March 2026. See attached solicitation for more details. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 561730, with a small business size standard of $9,500,000.00. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the quote due date.
