This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8523-26-Q-B001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of two (2) Keysight Technologies Inc. E8257D PSG analog signal generator and two (2) Keysight Technologies Inc. N9030B PXA Signal Analyzers in support of the Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP) Office.
