Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Gardening services at the US Embassy Rabat.If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit the completed quotation electronically to the email address provided below. The Government invites qualified professional entities to submit a quote by following the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address provided below. The Government will consider an award to other than the lowest priced offeror or other than the highest technically rated offeror. All evaluation factors and significant subfactors that will affect contract award, and their relative importance shall be, when combined, significantly more important than proposal cost or price. We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 and the Tradeoff Process described in FAR 15.103-1. In a tradeoff source selection process, the Government may make award to a qualified offeror without holding exchanges, although communications may be held if determined to be in the best interest of the U.S. Government with offerors before or after a competitive range is established.
